FELDENKRAIS
Dear Daniela,
I can only say but a few words to express my gratitude and to tell you how deeply touched I was today - not only for the way you gave your time to help me out, but also for renewing my faith in the work.
What I saw today felt like the closest I have ever come to the actual Method. I have the passion for the work, but I'm still missing the experience.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for your willingness to share. All day long, my mind has been processing your ideas (about the sliding bones and the "easy side" theory)!

I am using my hand differently already and, most importantly, now I know what to do to keep improving it! Mystery solved - through a Zoom session... jaw-dropping amazing!!! When I grow up, I wanna be just like you!!!
I have come to understand that training is only the beginning. It’s a jump-start to put us on the map. But this map is one of uncharted territories, and each one of us gets to discover our own unique path.

Being a good teacher, for me, is a question of maturity. It means wanting your students to be better than you and being proud of their advancements.
You fully embody that notion, shining a light on my blind spots and helping me along my way.
One other thing I love about your teaching is how you put things together and concretely explain them. I feel that many people want the Method to stay in that zone of the "miraculous" instead of explaining the ideas and mechanisms behind it.

When I read the book Awareness through Movement, it felt like someone had turned on the light. This is what I get with you: you turn the light on. I need to know what you know! You see something that I have been looking for: a deeper pattern of how ATMs work and connect together.
I feel lucky that I found you!
Your Greek ΚÏŒρη,
Erifily
